Wellness Care/Immunizations

Your pet’s health is our number one priority. To ensure this, we recommend annual wellness exams to ensure your pet’s longevity. We strive to prevent illness in your pets whenever possible. To safeguard your pets health, examinations and vaccinations (immunizations) are crucial. Vaccines are species specific. Intestinal parasite, heartworm, external parasite, and tick-borne disease screenings are performed on a case-by-case basis for your pet’s risk level and lifestyle.

Reidsville Veterinary Clinic’s veterinarian-performed physical exams comprehensively assess your pet’s health. Wellness exams typically include:

  • Ear exam
  • Eye exam
  • Dental exam
  • Skeletal exam
  • Basic neurological evaluation
  • Cardiovascular evaluation
  • Abdominal palpation
  • Musculoskeletal evaluation
  • Nutritional counseling

Vaccinations differ depending on species and lifestyle.
